1. Names
a) Names which contain insulting, racist, sexist or generally objectionable language is prohibited. Trying to bypass with characters in an attempt to hide the name's true nature will also be considered as a rule breaking act.
b) Names that contain non BlackTalon related advertising, attempt to perform real money trade or impersonation of a staff member is prohibited.
The punishment in case of breaking this rule is a banishment until the player changes its name or a 14-day ban, at our discretion.
2. Cheating
a) Exploiting errors of the game ("bugs"), for instance to duplicate items is prohibited. If you find an error you must report it to any staff member immediately.
b) Intentional abuse of weaknesses in the gameplay, for example arranging objects or players in a way that other players cannot move them is prohibited.
c) Manipulating the client program or using additional third party software to play the game is prohibited.
d) Stealing other players' account data ("hacking") is prohibited.
d) Multi Clienting in ANY kind of system that grants character rewards is prohibited, such as dungeons, continent bosses, hunting grounds, daily bosses, etc.
e) PVPing with Multi Clients is prohibited.
The punishment in case of breaking this rule is a warning, ban or character deletion, at our discretion.
3. Chatting and statements
a) Discrimination based on race, sexual orientation or generally objectionable speech should be avoided.
b) Any statement that spreads false information about BlackTalon or staff members that can be harmful to the server's health is prohibited.
c) Spamming similar or identical statements or nonsensical words is prohibited.
d) Advertisement of non BlackTalon related products, third party software or attempt to perform real money trade is prohibited.
e) Hostility towards individual or collective staff members and/or tutors is prohibited.
The punishment in case of breaking this is an in-game mute, warning or ban, at our discretion.
4. Illegal
a) Selling characters, items or store coins for real money is prohibited.
b) Account sharing in order to exploit in any shape or form a system that grants character rewards, such as dungeons, hunting grounds, daily bosses, continent bosses, etc. is prohibited.
In case of rule breaking, the punishment is a 14-day ban.
A violation of the BlackTalon Rules may lead to temporary banishment of characters and accounts. In severe cases removal or modification of character skills, attributes and belongings, as well as the permanent removal of accounts without any compensation may be considered. The sanction is based on the seriousness of the rule violation and the previous record of the player. It is determined by the gamemaster imposing the banishment.
Players who disrespect or break BlackTalon's rules may receive a warning, a direct ban or other types of punishment, depending on the rule breaking's severity.
These rules may be changed at any time.
