Content Preview — Soul Reaper, Cannoneer, and Test Server Information

Good evening, warriors! The long-awaited teaser with all the Test Server details is finally here, and we can't wait to have you on the battlefield with us!
The Test Server will be live. If extending the testing window becomes necessary, we will do so to make sure we gather all the feedback we need.

What We Need You to Test

We're counting on the community to help us evaluate the following:

  • The new class specializations and the reworks to existing specs (such as Bard and Mage)
  • Your impressions on the damage and functionality of each spec
  • The brand-new Spell Improvement System

Class Changes

Here's what's coming to each class on the Test Server:

  • Druid: damage reduced mainly in the early game
  • Mage: damage considerably increased
  • Void: damage increased, with careful attention to its scaling issue
  • Bard: damage considerably increased
  • Death Knight: increased HP gained and stronger HP scaling
  • Warrior: slightly improved defense and early game ability damage
  • Rogue: greatly increased survivability through Dodge, increased poison damage
  • Archer: increased ability damage in the late game
  • Shooter: receives +1 range and increased survivability through Dodge

Talent Tree Changes

  • Savage Momentum: no longer grants damage. It now gives +1 range on basic attacks, and the attack speed conversion bonus is 50% stronger
  • Spellmaster: no longer removes the cooldown reduction cap and no longer grants CDR. Your attack speed now converts into Skill (Magic)
  • Stand Behind Me, Reactive Shield, and Soul's Scream: damage considerably increased to improve the experience for tank players
  • Tiger's Lust: no longer converts Dodge into damage. It now reduces the cooldown between dodges, and every time you dodge it applies a parry on surrounding enemies
  • Unholy Benediction: damage increased and healing sources corrected
